Hi doctor, i m suffering from sore throat post extraction of molar and post deep fillings of both molars n premolars. I do not chew properly n started getting sore throat which has passed more than a year. I evn cannot swallow and coughing for more than a year now. I have constant headche , and neck pain. I went to an ent but he gives only antacids, pain killers , betadine gargles and told me to take salt steam(steam gives temporary Relief). What should i do?
